Hello my name is Kay, I am writing to tell you about an amazing experience I had with some of your products.

I had Fraxel Laser done on my hands so I could compare your Recovery and Intensive Moisturizer with another leading product used post laser, Dermaceutic, K Ceutic.

The first photo is 1 day after Fraxel Laser treatment using Dermaceutic K Ceutic. As you can see my hand in the left photo is inflamed and still very red. It felt like I had a severe sunburn.

The second photo is 1 day after Fraxel Laser treatment using NeoGenesis products: Recovery, Moisturizing Mist and Intensive Moisturizer. My hand in the right photo had very little redness, almost no inflammation and most important, NO PAIN!

Day 2 after the procedure my hand on left still felt slightly sunburned and tender to the touch.

My hand on right looked and felt fantastic! I am excited to now recommend Recovery to my patients as the preferred product post procedure. Thank you NeoGenesis! – Kay B.

FRAXEL LASER TREATMENT

Fraxel laser treatment is a popular cosmetic procedure that uses fractional laser technology to target and treat specific areas of the skin. This non-invasive treatment is known for its ability to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, scars, and other skin imperfections.

The success of Fraxel laser treatment not only depends on the skill and experience of the professional performing the procedure, but also on proper pre and post-treatment skin care. Preparing your skin before the treatment is crucial to ensure optimal results and minimize potential risks or complications.

One of the most important things to do before a Fraxel laser treatment is to avoid excessive sun exposure. This includes not only direct sunlight, but also tanning beds and self-tanners. Sun exposure can make your skin more sensitive and prone to damage during the procedure, and it can also interfere with the healing process afterwards.

It is also important to properly cleanse your skin before the treatment. This involves removing any makeup, oils, or dirt from the treatment area. A clean surface will allow for better penetration of the laser energy and reduce the risk of infection.

After the treatment, it is essential to follow a strict post-treatment skin care routine. This includes keeping the treated area clean and dry, applying prescribed ointments or creams, and avoiding any harsh products or activities that can irritate the skin. It is also important to protect your skin from sun exposure by wearing sunscreen with a high SPF and avoiding direct sunlight.
