PROFESSIONAL PROTOCOLS
If possible, pre-treat the skin for a minimum of 2 weeks before treatment with Recovery and Barrier Renewal Cream twice daily to strengthen the skin and improve treatment results.
STEP 1: Help your client settle into the treatment by dispensing a few drops of essential oils onto your palms. Place your palms over your client’s face and instruct them to take a deep breath in to invigorate the senses. Leave your palms in place for another minute while encouraging deep breathing to help your client relax.
STEP 2: Double Cleanse with NeoGenesis gentle gel-based Cleanser.
STEP 3: Apply numbing cream to the area(s) being treated. Cover with saran wrap and let the client numb for at least 45 minutes. Remove numbing cream in small sections to ensure client comfort during the procedure. Leave numbing cream on other areas until you are working on that section, so the client stays numb.
STEP 3: Perform Spot Plasma Fibroblast treatment.
STEP 4: Immediately post-treatment, apply Recovery.
HOME CARE PROTOCOLS
FIRST 12 HOURS:
Apply nothing to the skin (i.e. do not cleanse or apply any skin care products or makeup).
AFTER 12 HOURS:
Apply Recovery 3-4x daily until carbon dots are shed. Spritz Moisturizing Mist as needed throughout the day for soothing relief.
AFTER 48 HOURS/ONCE CARBON DOTS SHED:
Begin to use Cleanser, Recovery, Moisturizing Mist, and Barrier Renewal Cream in that order twice daily. Wear mineral sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from UV rays.

FIBROBLAST SKIN TIGHTENING
Fibroblast skin tightening is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment for signs of aging skin. Starting a month before the Fibroblast treatment, begin a home protocol of NeoGenesis Cleanser, Recovery serum, and Barrier Renewal Cream or Intensive Moisturizer. Repeat this simple protocol twice a day, morning and evening, to prepare the skin.
After the Fibroblast/Plasma Pen treatment, your skin care professional will have specific instructions for you to follow. NeoGenesis Cleanser and Recovery are excellent products to nourish the skin and should be used twice daily, along with any other recommendations, until all of the tiny scabs have fallen off. Once the scabs are gone, you may resume a more normal twice daily protocol. NeoGenesis Cleanser, followed by Recovery or a maintenance serum of Booster or Skin Serum, then add in the Barrier Renewal Cream or Intensive Moisturizer for complete skin rejuvenation and barrier repair.
