PROFESSIONAL PROTOCOL
STEP 1: Help your client settle into the treatment by dispensing a few drops of essential oils onto your palms. Place your palms over your client’s face and instruct them to take a deep breath in to invigorate the senses. Leave your palms in place for another minute while encouraging deep breathing to help your client relax.
STEP 2: Apply numbing cream at your discretion.
STEP 3: Cleanse with our gentle, gel based Cleanser and remove with 4 x 4 wipes.
STEP 4: Apply Recovery to the face and neck, to calm the skin and prepare it for treatment. Follow with Glide Gel to the area to be treated. If a thinner consistency is desired, spray 2–4 sprays of Moisturizing Mist.
STEP 5: Proceed with the Microneedle/CIT treatment. Cool down the client’s skin with an ice roller or cooling globes. Follow with LED Light Therapy, if desired.
STEP 6: While the skin is still damp, apply Recovery and/or Booster (if skin is dehydrated).
STEP 7: Apply Barrier Renewal Cream to the face and neck.
STEP 8: Apply mineral sunscreen if treatment is during the day.
HOME CARE PROTOCOL
FIRST 24 HOURS:
Apply nothing to the skin (i.e. do not cleanse or apply any skin care products or makeup).
FIRST 24 HOURS:
Begin to use Cleanser, Recovery and Barrier Renewal Cream in that order twice daily.
Wear mineral sunscreen during the day to protect skin from UV rays.
On day 6 or 7, use Enzyme Crème Mask.
Optional: Spritz Moisturizing Mist or MB-1 (if acne-prone) 2-4 times as needed to hydrate skin throughout the day.

MICRONEEDLING
Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), is a procedure that uses small needles to create hundreds of micro-channels in the skin. This process triggers the release of growth factors and cytokines, producing more collagen and elastin to stimulate the skin’s natural ability to repair itself, resulting in younger looking skin.
As with any advanced skin care treatment, it is important to prepare the skin in advance of treatment to optimize results and minimize downtime or unwanted results. Prepare the skin for microneedling as far in advance as possible, a minimum of one week.
After cleansing with NeoGenesis Cleanser, apply Recovery serum all over the face and neck, around the eyes and lips. Follow with Barrier Renewal Cream. Do this twice daily prior to the microneedling treatment.
Our Recovery serum, with patented S²RM® technology may be applied both before and directly after the microneedling is complete. Barrier Renewal Cream will keep the skin hydrated and improve barrier function and may be applied directly after the treatment. Moisturizing Mist provides a soothing mist to the skin and may be used as needed after the microneedling treatment. Beginning the next day, continue with the pre-treatment protocol with the addition of the Moisturizing Mist for instant relief. After 7 to 10 days, the skin should return to a normal state.
Once the skin is completely healed, Recovery may be used daily or 3 to 4 times per week as a boost prior to any other product.
